You need to know everyone in order to provide information to the developer. Competitors will be analyzed and strengths and weaknesses will be found. The same goes for benefits. You need to write at least 20 advantages for your niche. Filling out the brief yourself takes up to 1 hour. This is not much time to get a well-designed website in the future.
